Students sign up on their institute's exam website or in the UBTApp mobile app. Institutes are set up by our team: book a demo and we will create your account and exam site.

Students practise with whatever their institute provides, which can include free exams and paid packages. Institute plans are paid yearly and come with a free trial, 7 days on most plans.

Any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) on a computer, tablet or phone, plus the Android and iOS apps. For full mock exams we recommend a computer, which is closest to the real UBT setup.

No. Exams and listening audio need an internet connection.

On the login page, choose 'Forgot password?' and enter your email address. Check your spam folder if the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes.

Exams follow the UBT, CBT and EPS-TOPIK formats your institute selects, with timed reading and listening sections. The questions themselves are written or chosen by your institute.

Audio plays in your browser or the app. Connect your headphones and check the volume before you start the exam.

Reconnect and reopen the exam as soon as you can. In timed exams the timer keeps running while you are away, just as it would in the real test.

Your score is calculated as soon as you submit, and you can review each question afterwards to see the correct answer.

Students pay for exam packages through eSewa, or by scanning their institute's payment QR code and uploading the receipt. The package opens once the institute approves it. Institutes can pay for their plan online or by bank transfer.

Payments are not refunded once processed. Institutes can use the free trial to test the platform first. If something went wrong with a payment, email us with your order details.

Check that the site is allowed to play sound (the lock icon in the address bar), turn off extensions that block media, or try another browser. If it still fails, email us your browser and device.

This is usually the connection. Refresh the page or switch networks. If one question always shows a broken image, tell your institute or email us the exam name.

Open your exam history from your dashboard. If the result is missing there, email us with the exam name and the time you submitted it.

Upload your logo, set your colours and choose a homepage template from your dashboard settings. Ask us if you want to move to your own domain.
